We booked this hotel for 9 nights in April for our stay in mid-August. Our reservation was confirmed, and we paid the full amount in advance through Booking.com. Then, less than two weeks before our departure, we suddenly received a message from the hotel stating that they would not accept payments made through Booking.com, even though we had already paid months earlier. Their "solution" was for us to either find another hotel at the last minute or pay again upon arrival, effectively charging us twice while leaving us to sort out the refund ourselves (which is obviously not allowed/in line with Booking.com’s rules). The way this was communicated was incredibly unprofessional and dismissive. They showed no concern for the stress and inconvenience of potentially having to find alternative accommodation just days before a 9-night trip. If they do not wish to honour bookings paid through Booking.com, they should not list their property there in the first place. This experience destroyed our confidence in this hotel. A business that refuses to honour confirmed, prepaid reservations and puts guests in such an impossible position at the last minute is not trustworthy. I would strongly recommend booking elsewhere if you want peace of mind and to avoid the risk of your accommodation being jeopardised just before your trip.

This hotel was basic but good position for the beach and town. Lots of places to eat within five minutes. Room was comfortable and the air con was effective. Didn't eat at the hotel as there was so much local choice. We had a car but wasn't needed if you are just interested in a beach holiday.
