Quality Centre Del Mon

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and always enjoyed, decent clean hotel with nice pleasant staff. I stayed on 2 separate occasions during July 25 and am very disappointed at their new policy regarding the aircon. On previous years it was as expected for a hotel in warm part of Europe. Now they have changed it to centrally adjusted, you can not alter the temperature in your room to below 23. Like a lot of people I use 21. It also turns off at 9.30 am so if a late check out it’s impossible to stay in the room during high temperatures. This is no doubt for economical reasons but has ruined a good hotel imo. Even if they offered a choice at a premium price.

Excellent welcome and services I recommend

Hotel very clean with very comfortable beds. Very good location and decorations nice . Terrace on 2 floor also a plus. Lots of maintenance issues in this hotel . In my opinion Maintenance service is not what is expected. Upon arrival we were given first room with broken mini bar and broken telephone. An upgrade was offered in a room with a blocked sink and no remote control for the TV. There was no maintenance on Sunday so we spent the whole weekend with a blocked sink. Not really what you expect. Then another room was offered with a thermostat set on a temperature you can change and no window you could open. It was totally unsuitable. We changed rooms three times in 12 hours and the general attitude was non apologetic and we told to speak to management if we had a problem.
