Dear Kyriad Lyon-Sud Givors Team, My family and I wanted to send a heartfelt thank you for the wonderfully warm welcome and hospitality you showed us during our 4-day, 3-night stay at your wonderful hotel! We are especially grateful to our sweet, kind, and generous cousin, Christophe, for setting up these lovely accommodations for us. This was our very first time visiting Lyon, and we were thrilled to be there to celebrate his wedding to beautiful Ophelie. Your entire staff was absolutely amazing, professional, and truly accommodating to our every need. We couldn't have asked for a better comfortable, clean stay, which made celebrating the groom even more special! Pastry spread was delicious and savory ! We were constantly on the go! and coming back to relaxing comfortable bed was a Plus! We fell in love with Lyon and can't wait to come back and explore more of what the city has to offer. Hello. It is first and foremost with a warm welcome and good commercial technique that I was received. Then, upon opening the door to my room, a "wow" prompted me to call the reception service.
