The hotel is in a good location and you can easily walk to the Vieux Lyon, Hotel Dieu, etc. from there. It was quiet and reasonably priced but there were two issues: * the room was on a back yard and very dark with very poor lighting. * we could not get hot water from the shower and nothing was actioned despite us reporting it.

A beautiful clean hotel. Nice beds, and a well-stocked breakfast buffet. But unfortunately after leaving the hotel and once on the highway, we find out that we left our tablet on the nightstand in the hotel room. Looked at the location and yes, he is still in the hotel. I immediately called the hotel and the advice was to send an email because that was the procedure, due to the cleaning crew. The next day I received an email that the cleaning crew had not found the tablet. I contacted them by phone, but unfortunately the tablet is just gone. According to the insurance, this unfortunately happens more often. It is my own fault, but that also says something about the hotel in my opinion.

It's always nice to highlight the solidarity commitment of hoteliers! Very pleasant solidarity stay booked via Solikend. The hotel is freshly renovated, in the center of Lyon, you can reach the main points of interest on foot. The room was clean, well soundproofed, and the bedding very comfortable. Small courtesy tray, which allows you to make tea in the room. Very welcoming staff who are aware of all the weekend activities.
