Le Gourguillon

Luna Suite is a scam: a 2-night stay booked with MiHotel that I would no longer recommend. We arrived to a suite that looks more like a 2-star hotel. - a TV that doesn't work because there is no connection - books that are buried under dust - a spotlight that is almost falling down in front of the entrance - wardrobe with a broken mirror door, - the toilet plate that is coming out of the wall, - a shower that leaks on both sides, - a walk-in shower with missing tiles around the floor drain, -and to top it all off, air conditioning that didn't work, for which I called on Saturday morning and sent 1 email to come and repair it urgently... in the end, a female staff member had promised me a repair or a suite change..., We spent the nights at 84 degrees. This hotel chain is not to be recommended due to a total lack of professionalism. A jacuzzi that lacks maintenance with missing parts!!! An odor and a backup when other suites use the bathrooms in the jacuzzi drain (not used during the stay given the dirty water that comes back up). At the price of the suites, it is better to go to the Sofitel in Bellecour.

A relaxing break: great bedding, very comfortable jacuzzi. Smiling, welcoming and super accommodating staff. Ideal location for a visit to old Lyon. Little extras of quality: bathrobe, coffee, drinks.... We recommend.

We had a great romantic evening. Everything is very well thought out, very beautiful room "la caborne". We were welcomed by Alexis, very welcoming, smiling, attentive to what would please us. We will come back with great pleasure and will recommend "le Gourguillon" to our friends.
