The gift voucher system doesn't work...? I tried 3 times to order a gift voucher and it says \"system error\" It's disappointing. Even if they are on annual closure, gift vouchers could be generated automatically I think.

Beautiful room. We stayed on our way down to the south of France. Good secure parking. Nice courtyard area. The lady on reception was extremely helpful as we had issues with our car.

Hotel booked through Booking.com. When we cancelled on the day of arrival, we expected to pay one night cancellation fee in line with the conditions laid out in our agreement. Hotel refused to accept this saying booking.com not relevant and charged us for the 4 days booked. Very unsatisfactory that the hotel accepted the booking but did not honour the conditions under which the booking was made.
