I have never experienced this before. Warm water is rationed to 100 liters. You want more? Wait to tomorrow.. The staff is like the water - constantly cold. Either no greeting when you enter or cold and uncaring, almost derogatory welcome. This feels more like a robotic operation.... The front desk is more at ease talking to each other, rather than politely helping guests

Location is within a large hospital/university complex. while it is quiet and clean, it also means there is absolutely nothing within a walking distance - coffee/food/groceries, you're basically in the middle of nowhere. the hotel serves breakfast but in other others there is only a vending machine, and a fridge with prepped small dishes which can be heated in the kitchenette in the room - but nothing else with regards to food/coffee for the rest of the day. metro and tram station are within reasonable walking distance (<10 mins walk), and city centre is close (10-15 mins ride). The room was reasonable, barely. no windows - only light from the door to the small balcony. walls showed some wear and tear. mattress was not firm, but I'm an easy sleeper. reasonable desk for working. biggest issue was the internet that kept dropping every 10 minutes. the reception were not effective in addressing this issue. Lack of working wifi is a deal breaker for me - I was not able to work from the room.

I recommend this property 100%! Friendliness and friendliness of the staff in line with their skills. We feel pampered!
