Everything perfect except cold in the room

Beautiful location situated above the old town, perched on a hill in a converted monestary. I would have given the hotel 5 stars for the beautiful new renovations, lovely room, pristine cleanliness and the perfect pool overlooking city to rest in the hotel afternoons...but the restaurant spoiled the perfect review. We arrived hot and tired from our flight and sat down to a late lunch. We were ignored for 20 minutes while everyone around us was seated, given beverages, served lunch. after 30 minutes a rude hostess/manager explained the kitchen was closed and we could not dine there. The two couples who came in after us ere eating their lunch. She offered a snack cart. The view was beautiful and we were happy to wait, but this woman was so rude and arrogant and I assume had an attitude problem. The food is also expensive and breakfast is $20 euros a person (basket of not the best pastries) and if you add an egg, it is $40 euros a person. Advice is to stay here in this perfect setting and avoid eating at the restaurant.
