Cassiopee

Having read a lot of the terrible reviews, I was quite nervous before arriving at the residence. We arrived late in the evening and the reception was closed, but to my relief they had sent me an email with a code to access the safe and collect our room key. Everything was clean and tidy in the room, and although it was small, we had most things that we needed (no oven, toaster, or kettle though, just a 2-ring stove and a microwave). There were only 2 of us staying there, so if there were all 4 beds occupied it would be extremely tight. Location was absolutely perfect, with direct access to the slopes, shops, restaurants, and supermarket within 100 metres. We also enjoyed the balcony view across the village to the slopes, including a nice sunset sky. We had to clean all the apartment before leaving, including scrubbing floors and vacuuming which was a bit annoying but worth it to save the expensive cleaning fee. Overall I would say it’s a decent choice if you are on a tight budget and want to save money, but if you can spend a bit more then there are far nicer options.

Tiny appartement for 4 persons. Rude staff ,no closets for clothes, broken vacuum cleaner, the door won’t lock when you close it, dirty plates,… only positive is the direct accessability to the slopes. Never coming here again…, not even recommended for youth

Avoid, the management are confrontational and the residence are run down. The price is nowhere near worth how worn out the place is. Dirty carpets, uncleaned rooms, rotten curtains, dirty bedding. Its not worth the hassle and the checkin window is so small that you'll spend your first and last day stressing about getting in and out. The staff are rude and dysfunctional, clearly using this as a cheap ride for the season.
