Good location and views but very expensive rates for a group stay (dragon boat regatta). No fridge in the room, no breakfast provided, despite paying over 350 euros per night. We were charged an extra 20 euros per person for breakfast, which was not very good (the food was terrible). Restaurant not open for dinner, no glassware replaced at water machine. Clean and modern inside but really disappointed by the lack of service. There are many other places in Aix Les Bains that would be better to stay at. Disappointing because the dragon boat festival was wonderful. It feels like the hotel took advantage of us because of the sporting event. Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere.

Dirty room, hair and stain on furniture. Dust and stain on front door. Difficult access to shower gel. Very noisy A/C.
