Very bad experience. Too old. Mold on the edge of the pool, very bad for our health, the terrace very dirty, the lounge chairs torn and all old, sunburned. Garbage bags visible in the pool. The room hallways are scary, too ugly. The rooms are plain. The restaurant and cafeteria look like a sports center, it's ridiculous, it doesn't even deserve 2 🌟. Really very disappointed.

The hotel is not really beautiful and the interior is not the most attractive. On the other hand, the rooms are spacious and the bedding is comfortable. Not all the hotel staff has likely had the same training on customer relations and that is a real shame. The treatments are decent but there are too many people in the Spa area, which makes this space unpleasant, especially with the smell of cigarettes… Breakfast and brunch are quite average

Good experience, great service, fair prices, mountain-side room also very beautiful, and a royal breakfast.
