Terrible! Lackluster reception where you should not have any special requests, just there for the key handover. Disgusting building, repulsive, sordid elevator. Poorly arranged room, only one nightstand. Small room without blackout curtains overlooking a walkway, so it is unwise to leave the window open. Classic kitchen area that could have been nice if the utensils were not at the bottom of the cupboard near the water heater, almost on the floor, so thank you for hygiene when the maid comes to clean, especially the floors. Breakfast area almost as bad: coffee machine constantly breaking down, overly greasy pastries, no replenishment of products, only the bread was good. And yet Bernadette was putting in her effort. I ask the management to visit the ResidHotel in Grenoble Grenette where everything is perfect. P.S.: The lake views so praised in the descriptions are very partial and hidden by ugly buildings from room 405!

Thank you to Ernest on reception who was so helpful and supportive to us as a family. We were staying here due to a family funeral and Ernest was so helpful and was amazing when we needed flowers ordering. He also made sure that taxis were there for us to take us to the funeral. Thank you and we will look to come back

Very good hotel with well-equipped studios, large rooms with good bedding, a decent bathroom, and a large terrace. In short, pure happiness
