1. Housing conditions: We rented one night an apartment with the option "hotel service and cleaning included". From the moment we arrived, we found that the accommodation smelled strongly of sewers, which made our stay very unpleasant. In addition, the sofa bed was broken and had been “repaired” with tape, which is unacceptable for an establishment claiming to be professional. 2. Non-compliant services: The option "hotel service and cleaning included" is misleading: cleaning was clearly insufficient (persistent smell, damaged equipment). We expected clean and functional accommodation, which was not the case. The manager, far from being accommodating, was very unpleasant and he charged us an extra €35 for futile reasons: not to have taken down the garbage and not to have folded the covers. But what does the option "hotel service and cleaning included" contain???? Conclusion: This experience falls far short of the standards expected for a VVF residence. We do not recommend this property as is

Very good residence. Simple, clean accommodation, quiet Everything necessary for a pleasant stay. At the foot of the slopes. And in a very family ski resort. Director of the vvf is super nice. Welcoming and accompanies you to make you have a great holiday.

A real change of scenery. We were greeted by the property manager in person. Pleasant person, smiling, just nice and very friendly who took all the time to explain to us the operation as well as the rest We were invited to a Welcoming Drink to introduce us to the different collaborators represented by the establishment: Sherpa grocery store, intersport, etc.. and it was great. We booked a very spacious and bright 40m2 accommodation with all the comforts inside including furniture as well as appliances and dishes. Very clean accommodation on arrival with a kind word of Welcoming from the staff. No need to take the car since all shops and restaurants are even 500m away from the apartment. Many activities to do including the lake nearby. We will be back with great pleasure 🥰
