A superb team that is very available for its guests. Smiling staff who listen and respond with great speed (an immediate solution for every problem). Keep it up and I will come back next year (only downside, the jacuzzi was broken). Can you replace it with another sauna, for example? Thanks again to the site manager and the values he conveys. I would like to be clear, I did not stay at this La grange Vacance, I stayed at another and want to make sure that the entire corporation has a bad review! i was not able to find the main headquarters in Paris to review. Firstly, i asked to leave on Tuesday - the woman at desk said she did not have the authority to refund me and there was no manager on site, he would not be on the site until Thursday. I called him, he never called back . I emailed and called main headquarters in Paris, young females that do not speak English ??? in PAris ? renting places to internationals? they were rude. laughing and shocking- the email said , they would refund me- i replied back- how much - no response , when i called they said no refund ? i have never stayed anywhere quite like this badly managed place that is on top of it 1000 % rude !!! my time is something i cannot get back- i had to pay wifi , make my own bed, clean , buy tp and sponges.. i was just not happy-- and paid way more at the front desk than onilne where it said vente flash- so im paying top price ! to say in email we will refund you then not ! the manager does not call back.. such a disgrace! im shocked and appauled.. i would not stay at these properties anywhere in France even if you paid me- watch out! the beauracracy , the non customer service.. the rudeness on the phone ? 0 customer service - so upset, i will probably leave and loosemoney

We are returning from a two-week stay at the Le Roc Belle Face residence. We were welcomed by Eloi, the Residence Manager, who was very charming throughout our stay and always gave good advice, even though he was alone to manage arrivals and departures: not easy for him, but always very kind and smiling. We were in an apartment for 8 people that was very well located with a breathtaking view: a view of Mont Blanc, and we did not suffer from the heat at all during this heatwave. The only downside was the dilapidated state of the apartment: what a shame that the owners do not maintain their property and that it is not renovated (apartment B27). No countertop, an induction cooktop that touches the sink, and the faucet completely loose, broken tile in the living room, and I won't even mention the shower hoses, etc. That said, we had a very pleasant stay and we will return next year.
