Apartment 420 wasn't worth his money... subject located in a corner of building 4. In itself spacious apartment but dark space, little sunlight. Balcony full of snow. After complaints, the snow was removed. Bath not so clean, mold around the edges.

The Cleaning Service or the person who checked our apartment at check-out stole my handbag with house keys, car keys, driver's license, ID card, money, ... The police are helping me. Not Les balcons. After 5 years of staying and regular customer deeply disappointed.

They lost my husbands luggage, it was in chamonix!! Been back 3 weeks spoke to 7 people not one has got back to him.They email the transport office no reply. All his ski stuff lost. So disappointed with this company, as an avid skier this is one he will not be returning to.
