I was charged for damage as part of a large solo travellers group when I didnt even stay here, I was in completely different accomodation. Damage wasnt even caused by our group members who were blamed, no evidence was provided

Stayed here as part of a large group. We were charged for a missing shelf from the fridge that was not there when we arrived, as were another apartment that week. There was also a problem with another room having a damaged toilet macerator when they arrived which the entire group was charged for - and when the mascerator was removed, totally blocked pipes were discovered - not the fault of those arriving. Expect unfair charges from your deposit.

The accommodation was clean and had everything you could possibly need in the kitchenette. Nice big bed and balcony was superb. The ski lockers are large and the spa facilities at the nearby La Navada hotel were top notch with large swimming pool, steam rooms at 45 and 50 deg c and two big jacuzzi’s. I can not fault the stay, if we end up in the fabulous ski resort of Tignes again, we will only be staying at this hotel.
