Very good two-day stay at this hotel. We had one room facing the courtyard, quiet, everything was perfect. 24/7 reception, the proximity to the St Lazare train station is ideal, the hotel is very well located for that: you just have to cross the street. Great neighborhood: Nearby restaurants, a guided tour of the magnificent Opéra Garnier, close to Boulevard Haussmann, stores like Printemps, Galeries Lafayette... the visit and the view from the terrace of these establishments are a must! It was perfect 👍

I spent 48 hours in Paris to attend a concert by Katy Perry, and stayed once again at Hôtel Londres et New York. This wasn’t my first time booking this hotel—and I came back because I genuinely love it. The location is perfect. The metro is right in front of the hotel, and it’s situated on a beautiful street near Gare Saint-Lazare, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and a large shopping area. It’s also very close to Galeries Lafayette, and you can easily walk to major landmarks like the Louvre Museum and the Arc de Triomphe within a reasonable amount of time. The staff are warm and welcoming, and the hotel is always very clean. The overall atmosphere is charming, and this time we were lucky to have a very spacious room, which made the stay even more enjoyable. It definitely confirmed my decision to keep coming back. One thing I really appreciated: I had ordered a suitcase from Amazon and asked if it could be delivered to the hotel before my arrival. They kindly accepted, kept it for about a week, and handed it to me when I checked in—at no extra cost. That was incredibly helpful. The room prices are also very acceptable considering the high prices of Paris hotels. And I can't seem to find a hotel this well located, clean and comfortable for these prices. Also, you can make a loyalty card with them and get some points that can later be used as credits for your next stay, so that's a bonus! I truly recommend this hotel. The only downside is the elevator—it could really use some maintenance. It’s slow, a bit shaky, and the voice announcing the floors is barely audible. I forgot to mention, the room's view is great!
