City Residence Chelles

Common areas in a pitiful state with strong smells of tobacco and sometimes garbage, a lamentable reception by an incompetent and aggressive person, unable to get out an invoice, pretending that it is booking that sends it to me (booking does not issue any invoice). We are quite far from the photos proposed on the site; one elevator broke down in a dubious state and the other poorly lit, broken fire doors, pitiful state of the stairs. When we ask the staff for an explanation, we tell you that given the rate paid, we can't expect anything else... In short, happiness, with all the know-how of Parisian friendliness.

The accommodation no longer lives up to the photo published on the site. Pretty much correct in cleanliness of the accommodation but still very disappointing. Noisy room due to the noise of the hallway and the accommodation on the upper floor. Bad smell of tobacco in the hallways. The collective areas are very roomy and damaged, not maintained / not restored. On the reception/communication side with employees, quality very random according to the person. One of the employees, informed of our disappointment, replied that the price by does not justify a good restaurant!

Apartment disappointing. Toilets that leak as soon as you flush. Takes that don't hold. Big lack of cleanliness. The stairs to get to the floors are very dirty and not maintained. Uncomfortable bedding. Insufficient lighting. I would not recommend it at all.
