The pictures make the rooms look better than what they actually are. We had 2 rooms. One had no hot water. The other one the tv didnt work and one of the rooms had a number of bugs in it. And dont get me started on the absolute basic breakfast. No hot option unless you pay extra. There is never anybody at the cinema desk. Rooms where roasting. Asked for a fan . Its like I asked could I sleep with his wife or something with the reaction I got. The facilities are decent. The pool is OK . No lifeguard in sight though which is absolutely crazy. Its not all negative though. The ball pit was decent and the outdoor park was very good. And its also only a 10 minute taxi ride to Disney which was the main reason for our trip. All in all I wouldnt recommend this hotel if your a decent sized family as the rooms are very small . But if its just for a few days to spend most of your time at disney then its ok i suppose if you want the bare minimum.

Hotel with mixed reviews, there is some good and some not-so-good. Positive points: top-notch welcome, pleasant staff with whom interaction is fluid and friendly, Carey, Anaïs and Mehryl are pleasant, kind and humane people, so thank you to them for making our stay more pleasant. Negative point: I actually agree with the reviews concerning the dated carpet in the rooms, which is problematic! Disappointment, especially regarding the look of the hallway and room, which appear cleaner, nicer, and more modern on the site, so credit to the well-crafted marketing on the site to make you want to go, but in reality, we want to have the same result, which unfortunately is more vintage; the pool is also smaller than in the photos, but that in no way prevents the children from having fun thanks to the 2 slides and boat; top and pleasant staff, Christi is great. The sweet/savory buffet is nice and does the job, but you quickly run out of activities offered; 1 to 2 nights are plenty enough personally. Objective comment that I hope will advance the development of this establishment.

Great amenities for the kids ! nice atmosphere and a special bravo to the "crew"! As a hotel for kids yes, noise can be heard in the areas but no complain about the noise in the corridors ! rooms are well sound proofed. Good value B&B and a hearty breakfast. A nice place to chill out before or after Disney visit!
