Inter Hotel Notre Dame

Old hotel. Poorly soundproofed street side as through walls. Minimalist bedding. One pillow.... No air conditioning, just a poor fan. Ideally located, too bad!

We were on a bussiness trip to Rouen for 1 week, very nice city with many intersting places and activities. We rest at Originals Hotel, fair conditions and well located

A huge difference between the photos and reality, we asked to change rooms a first time because of a very strong cigarette smell. Then we integrated the second bland bedroom, with more than dreary lighting. Poor quality wallpapers vary from room to room and are the only thing that serves as decoration. It is not a catastrophic hotel but given the price and the 3 stars the promise is not kept. The lady at the reception told us that we had been “upgraded”; given the poor quality of the room, we wonder what else we would have been entitled to...
