Hotel Beausejour

cleaning non-existent (dust , sanitary , etc ), toilet absent , shower to wonder if she has received a vulgar renovation , shower tray very dirty , no heating , no hot water, mattress under the mattress hyper yellow , floor room in places you feel a hollow , dry hair not working . staff is nice when they burn . hotel or everything is to be redone walls including , ramp stairs hardly holds , etc . no breakfast, nor towel contrary to the description they note on well-known sites . nothing looks like a hotel .

I had to book this because I didn't make an early booking as I always do, and over the hour, the whole town was crowded over the last weekend. They did, and I did the big nonsense of booking, because if I knew it was so bad, I'd have gone to another destination. It started with the aspect it has of a horror movie, not a hotel. I wrote in the reservation that I have leg problems and difficulty climbing stairs. It was the same as nothing. The receptionist (which is the only good thing there) said he would have to climb 40 degrees. He took the suitcase, but my problem has no way. I got to the hole here called room. There's nothing, no air conditioning or fan, much less a fridge. I already knew it was simple, but how it is,sounds too.Tiny bathroom and no daily cleaning, I spent 3 nights in the dirt. Bath towel is just one and looks face towel of so small. And the pillow? So small that it barely gives a Cover and the fronts are crushed, seeming to have been used. The doors have old keys, the Cover must be careful not to get stuck.

Here, your stuff will be stolen by the service, just like mine. Here your belongings will be stolen as well as mine by service. The worst experience in the hotel of my life, which spoils the face of Rouen.
