Very average experience, sad & dated rooms with both of our rooms window facing a wall. Staff unfriendly. One was very rude about some American guests in French not realise I spoke French. No real area to sit in the lobby, and yet the restaurant was always empty. Location is the only good thing about it.

Excellent solution in the center of Rouen. Comfortable, well-equipped rooms. Water dispensers. The breakfast is also excellent with a varied selection. The hotel is very close to the Cathedral. Air-conditioned, I recommend it even for a stay of several days

Excellent hotel located about a 20-minute walk from the historic center. Very kind staff, super modern room, and above all, super clean. Excellent bathroom. Excellent and abundant breakfast, both sweet and savory. Last but not least, underground parking on-site at a cost of €0.80/hour. I was truly satisfied with this stay... I recommend the property to everyone.
