I have been coming to Cayeux to this residence for 16 years; if I keep coming back, it is because I really like it a lot. For a few years now, we have even been coming 2-3 times a year. We are very satisfied with the welcome; the managers as well as all the staff are very pleasant, always attentive, and as for the accommodations, well, I don't have much to say, they are functional, the bedding is comfortable for family vacations in all seasons, and it is very good value for money. And the location of the residence is just top-notch. There you go, personally, I have never had anything to complain about! I would still like to make a small remark because I have noticed and am even shocked to hear people speak to the staff with a certain disrespect, yelling at them; if you spoke to them correctly, I think your request would be taken into account with a smile and resolved as quickly as possible. Sometimes, you are nicer to your pets. Regarding the negative reviews, when talking about animals, it is easy to say that there is hair in the apartments and that the common areas are dirty, but if you picked up their mess yourself.... It would certainly stay clean longer. And as for the cleaning, logically the tenants are supposed to do it themselves at the end of their stay! The cleaning staff, even if it is their job, are not obligated to empty your trash, clean the walls, do your dishes, or flush the toilet for you! So as the saying goes, you always see the speck in your neighbor's eye but not the log in your own! And I, as well as my whole family, highly recommend this establishment to you.

Great location right in front of the sea and next to the center and games for children we had an excellent stay !!! The apartment is quite large and very practical especially for a family with children, we did our grocery shopping then cooked (there is an oven, fridge, etc. available). And eat on the balcony, I recommend it and will come back next summer 😁😁
