Residence de La Plage

Our last visit to this residence was a few years ago. The location facing the bay remains exceptional, just a few minutes' walk from the center. The residence has 2 pools (one outdoor and one indoor), which is very appreciated regardless of the weather. Trash can missing near the pool. But what a disappointment to see the aging of the buildings (facades, woodwork) and the mismatched equipment in the apartments. We were in a heatwave: upon arrival, no fresh water was available (I was told that the bottles were for departure), no fan in the apartment, no umbrella to shade the terrace (they said: "we shouldn't let them fly away"). Half of the main shutter was missing... A lift crane worked all Saturday in the immediate vicinity. It is unclear why the main access door from the reception to the pool is no longer accessible (I was told it was difficult to open), and why the terrace is neglected. It has lost all its charm (no more cushions on the sofas and no access from the reception). No flexibility to keep the apartment for 30 minutes longer after the key return time ("you understand if everyone does like you"). There is truly a feeling of abandonment of what is called "customer relations" and we are especially far from "excellence in relational matters." "You have a problem, we have no solution," this could be the slogan of the reception! Really disappointed by this stay: it is time for renovations to be undertaken (which seems to be the case soon) and for the behavior at the reception to be genuinely customer-oriented. In its current state, the Premium status is not deserved according to the Pierre et Vacances standards of other residences, and the pricing is not appropriate. A superb stay

Too bad with such a nice location, we're so badly received. Deplorable welcome, no service, not even a smile. And what about the apartment, rented for 6 people, where it is simply impossible to settle down to 6 on the terrace. not even to 5... or you will have to move the table each time you enter or leave to be able to access the accommodation. Beware of what you have in store...

Very nice residence directly on the square. Everything is done on foot. It is relaxing and rejuvenating. The pool is a plus but especially for children (small and rather noisy). Ours loved it.
