Even if the hotel is impeccable, the rooms are very nice and the bedding is perfect, the restaurant is to be avoided. A meal for a group of 40 people, LOCALS, at €45 pp, and serving a cassoulet unworthy of the name, which one would barely dare to serve to a busload of American tourists, is scandalous. Canned beans reheated in the microwave and a gazpacho that wouldn't come off the plate because it was too old... No one to provide follow-up in the dining room. Pathetic.

We found this hotel to have no charm or personality whatsoever. The rooms are tacky and the decor is nonexistent. The pool is undersized for the number of rooms: it is therefore crowded. The staff is pleasant when you are lucky enough to run into them. No one answers the phone at 9 a.m., and no one is at the front desk at 9:15 a.m. when you drop off the keys to ask if you were satisfied with your stay. The only positive points: the parking and the proximity to the center of Montauban, which is truly a very pretty city. In short, an experience that we will forget very quickly.

The hotel is housed in a former monastery. A very nice building. We had a Tradition Room (room 118). The room was nice and spacious. Fine to stay a few days there (26m2); The air conditioning does its job excellently. You needed to be. It was almost 40°C outside. Breakfast is also neatly catered for. There is plenty of choice for both the savoury and the sweet eater. High-quality cheeses and cold cuts. The scrambled eggs are also of excellent quality. Everything is neatly refilled until the end. Free parking is available on site. Even in the parking garage at the hotel. Only...... the wifi is a drama. The connection is difficult or not at all to establish. However, the bathroom was on the small side. That was partly because it has both a bathtub and a separate shower. And the shower also has cures. The water drains hard and the water even came up once (when we were gone). The shower tray was covered in dirt that had apparently come with it. The water pressure also leaves something to be desired. The toilet is separate. The price/quality ratio is also not completely balanced. The hotel is on the pricey side. That could be a little less.
