Very good hotel, warm welcome, and room with many services included.

A little getaway to Castres and a discovery of the Renaissance hotel with our Smarbox gift set. Regarding the hotel: charming hotel in its style, very friendly and attentive staff. Presence of a billiard table in the lounge, very nice location right in the city center, it's perfect. For parking, there is a free parking lot at Faïencerie 10 minutes from the hotel. Regarding the room: good bedding comfort. Attention to cleanliness (bathroom ventilation full of dust, moisture stain at the edge of the bathtub, on the ceiling, thick layer of dust on the mirror)... A little effort on that side would be appreciated. Regarding the restaurant: the dinner was simple (we thought it was assembled with no preparation on site), very disappointed compared to the hotel worthy of a 4-star rating. The breakfast was indeed very good with a varied selection. In summary, we expect a bit more from a 4-star hotel; cleanliness and dining need to be reviewed. We had a pleasant stay overall. We still recommend this establishment.

Hotel very well placed in the city center, with authentic decor, original room... for us it was the Japanese well equipped. Very nice and welcoming staff. Dinner and breakfast very good. We had a great weekend. I recommend.
