Residhotel Les Hauts D'Andilly

Very disappointing stay at this aparthotel. Upon arrival, the overall impression is very bad. The car park is more like a car scrapyard than a hotel car park: abandoned vehicles, poorly maintained environment and unassuring atmosphere. The external gate does not work, which keeps the car park open and accessible to anyone. People are regularly seen staying in their cars at night in the car park, which further reinforces the sense of insecurity. The place is frankly soggy, especially at night. The situation even becomes worrying when driving in the parking lot in the dark. I found myself face to face with a wild boar mother and her cubs in the parking lot. She even chased me for a few moments. This kind of situation can be dangerous and feels really weird when you don’t expect it when you get back to the hotel. During the night, we even saw the municipal police intervene in the parking lot and arrest people, which adds to the very special atmosphere of the place. Another very surprising point: there is no welcome. When arriving late, you are asked by phone for the credit card number, the validity date and the 3-digit code to access the room. Frankly, in 2026, this kind of practice seems totally outdated and especially very unreassuring for the security of bank data. Regarding cleanliness, it is very problematic. We found: - presence of mould - broken or damaged furniture - visible hair and hair - presence of cockroaches The places do not correspond at all, but then not at all, to the photos presented in the description at the time of booking. For an establishment that welcomes travellers, this level of hygiene is unacceptable. All in all, it feels like we are in another world, very far from what you would expect from an aparthotel. The place seems poorly maintained, neglected and unreassuring. A minimum of cleanliness, security and seriousness is expected when booking accommodation, which is unfortunately not the case here. I would not recommend this property as is.

Fleeing this Pension, the management is made up purely of crooks. For medical reasons (I sent them my medical records), I had to cancel my trip to this Inn, so I requested a refund of my Reservation. I contacted the Inn, the manager told me by phone that he would refund me then he asked me to provide proof (which I did)... and from that moment the scam was set up, they waited for the end of my presumed stay to inform me that they would not proceed with the refund. I have taken legal action to obtain compensation.

This hotel is surrounded with bushes and it’s very far from the central of Paris it is located in the county side and feels very unsafe to live in. If you have young children and don’t speak French then DONT COME. The style is more like a low grade cheap apartment than a hotel room. The Wi-Fi is bad and doesn’t work there is no fan or ac and the area is cramped. WORST HOTEL EVER.
