Hipotel Paris Hippodrome Parc Floral

Flight of Watch! I traveled a lot but I didn't think it would be in a hotel like this where I would be entitled to an assumed watch theft!! For the context, I booked this hotel as well as boxes to spend a few days at the sea with my horses. Everything went very well until our departure, being a little rushed I forget my watch (worth 5000 euros) on the nightstand. I realize this very quickly, 1 hour after leaving the place, I ring the reception to announce that my watch has remained there and I face someone (a lady) very unpleasant who answers me "I rang you? NO? There's nothing of yours here." So this person didn't even want to bother to find out if a watch had been found (and I know this watch was well placed on the nightstand). After which this lady just hung up, so I do not know who from the cleaning team or reception took advantage of this situation but what is certain is that I strongly advise against going there with valued affairs because bad faith is assumed.

Incompetent staff at both Welcoming and catering! Very cramped parking with unlikely right angles, very small spaces therefore inaccessible to cars other than small townspeople. I took the brunt of it I damaged my car trying to maneuver this being impossible without the mirrors folded. I told the Welcoming Staff after I damaged my car, who confirmed that they should have told me! Too late the damage was done! This is unacceptable!

I dont even know whete to start I will send you picture i took on request.. Dirty smelly wont let my dog sleep there..need to be shut down imediatly We travelled 20 hours and had to sleep.for real DISCUSTING
