Adagio Access Nogent sur Marne

I spent a night in this residence. The rooms are well renovated, comfortable, and the bedding is of good quality. Clean bathrooms. Simple and good breakfast. Very pleasant staff, warm welcome.

Warm welcome from the reception team, Laurose, Alex, and not forgetting Medhi. Comfortable bedding. Apartment hotel close to the RER to get to the center of Paris and enjoy visiting the magnificent monuments.

This comment is addressed to people with disabilities. Do not stay at this property. We arrived for two days in July 2023, in the afternoon, and the first day went well. The next day the elevator was not working, and we waited several hours before we could finally get out. At midnight in the evening to get back to the hotel, the elevator stopped working and there was a message on the door written out of Service. The establishment didn't even bother to warn us. We got home in the middle of the night. I tried to get my money back but the manager kept driving me around before he stopped answering my emails at all.
