I'll start with the positives. Fabulous location, nice area to stay in and friendly staff. Overall the hotel has its pros and cons, like any hotel... However, the photos can be a bit misleading as to what you may actually get in your room. We booked a comfort room and based on every photo on booking.com and the hotel's website, they all showed a nice outdoor view from the windows. As this was reflected in every photo, you'd assume that's what you would get. Instead we had a dark and gloomy room with one large window which opened facing more rooms and where pigeons and bins were below. I reached out to booking.com as I thought perhaps their photos were misleading and wanted to talk to someone at booking.com about this. Instead the next time I went down stairs the receptionist questioned me about reaching out to booking.com and blamed me for not putting and notes in my booking that we would want a room that faced outside (because we thought all rooms would be like this based on the photos...) Any way, nice enough hotel. Super disappointing room. Rock hard mattress.

The hotel was in the perfect location and provided exactly what we needed for our trip. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were very comfortable.

Do not stay here. My mother died while I was visiting. They would not credit me for most of the nights I could not stay due to her death. A few hundred euros was more important to them than a serious family loss of a guest. They told me they could not lose the $$.
