Hotel to escape absolutely! The rooms are tiny, showers very small, the smell of humidity is unbearable in the rooms and I noticed the presence of bedbugs. For a 2-star rating the price is clearly excessive compared to the general condition and the services offered. I strongly recommend this property

In judging, and even earlier in choosing, a hotel like this you have to start from the price. I paid for a room about 50€ per day excluding taxes without breakfast. Just take a look at the search engines to understand that such a price does not exist in Paris, except in dormitories or rooms without bathrooms. Or in large hotels a little outside the city. Here, however, we are in a very dignified thirteenth arrondissement, very close to the fifth, in a position that allows you to reach most of the interesting tourist city on foot, or at least by metro, with two lines to A few hundred meters from the hotel, in addition to the rer that leads to the airports. Il The staff is extremely friendly. I haven't tried breakfast. The problems of this hotel are common to many hotels in this city, even more expensive. Space is very limited, both in the cramped corridors and in the bedrooms, and especially in the toilets. As a direct consequence, the noises of the corridor and other rooms are also very noticeable. This is not a hotel to sleep in late, because every single door that opens wakes you up. In the room there is an annoying carpet. The furniture, in addition to being very ugly and shabby, take away Vital space from the rooms. I've seen newer budget hotels basically do without closets, not least because those who frequent these hotels hardly bring much stuff. The bed is old, the mattress is smashed in. The bedspread and blankets must be burned. You have to invest a lot of money in new bedding, maybe at Ikea. La Cleanliness is problematic. Years of non-cleaning are encrusted on the electrical wires of the TV. In the toilet, the smell is annoying. The shower enclosure is not usable for tall and large people. Finally, there are no electrical outlets next to the bed. So: the hotel is old, it is scruffy, it is uncomfortable to stay there, while it is convenient to visit the city and costs very little. Everyone evaluates: for those who can not or do not want to spend more, and for those who have a good spirit of adaptation, perhaps to visit the city is fine. For those who He's got to take the lead. He could end up at bats. Adjust yourselves

We were given room in the 3rd-floor room was very tiny and not so much clean, Small window and small bathroom very tiny shower. This Hotel was very bad in Paris to compare to another hotel and also expansive. The staff was very friendly but not helpful. I would strongly advise anyone if you visit Paris to choose another hotel.
