BEST WESTERN AIDA OPERA

Excellent experience. Very kind and helpful staff (and there is even someone who speaks Italian!). We took a family room (there were 3 of us) of very good size, I especially note a nice comfortable bathroom. The double bed was very large and comfortable. Well-functioning air conditioning (it was important because we were in Paris during very hot days). Very satisfied with the cleanliness and the care of the hotel in general. A dispenser of still and sparkling filtered water is available to fill water bottles (this was also very useful). Excellent location, central and well-connected. A very nice area. We had a really great time.

Excellent service. Meets expectations. Good location. Quiet We return to the hotel every year as part of a business trip. The service improves year after year. A room with a balcony is highly recommended. It is less advisable to take a room on the 6th floor where the ceiling slopes.
