We stayed at this hotel as part of a Disneyland Paris package, but it was a disappointing experience. Upon arrival, we found the hotel undergoing major refurbishment with scaffolding, wet paint, temporary walls, dust, and unfinished areas. This was not disclosed when we booked, and we would have chosen a different hotel, especially with our young child. At check-in, we requested daily housekeeping, but it was only done once. Reception claimed there was no cleaning scheduled and offered no help. We also requested an extra pillow, face towel, and hand soap, but these were not provided. Reception insisted there was an extra pillow in a drawer, despite the room lacking drawers. When our young child accidentally wet the bed, reception complained and asked us to check the mattress. I searched the hotel for a cleaner, despite the language barrier, and found our child’s bed untouched. My husband had to return to reception to ask for a towel and remake the bed. The following day, housekeeping made the double bed but ignored our child’s bed, leaving the towel and failing to change the sheets or provide mattress protection. Breakfast was basic with limited choice and quantity. Guests were expected to set up their own tables, and on our first morning, there were no napkins available, so we had to search through drawers. A children’s playground was advertised when we booked, but it was unavailable during our stay. The staff were dismissive and unhelpful, and communication was difficult due to language barriers. The hotel’s location is convenient for Disneyland Paris, but that’s the only positive aspect. We wouldn’t recommend it to families seeking a comfortable hotel experience.

First, you have to pay for the entire stay before even getting the room key. You also have to pay 10 euros per day for parking, even though it is not guarded. The person at the reception and on the phone speaks very poor French. The elevator, out of order, forced us to climb the stairs for 3 days. In the room: a simple handwritten post-it stuck on the mirror to welcome us. . The sink and the toilet bowl are cracked. Nothing to place the suitcase on. On the second day, the room was still not made by 2 PM. Empty soap dispenser upon our arrival. Only one chair in total in a room that can accommodate 4 people. Nothing to store the clothes. No power outlet in the bathroom. No paper tissue dispenser. As for the restaurant: very minimal buffet for lunch and dinner. Adequate for breakfast. In short, far too expensive considering the poor quality: nearly 400 euros with breakfast for only 2 nights.

we only used the restaurant and this was really rubbish. Low quality of food, and a female manager being extremely bossy, and forgetting she deals with customers apparently. I read that the restaurant will be closed temporarily as from 2& april. Let's hope something better will come out after that. After dinner a male colleague asked about our experience; after I told him the experience wxas not so good for the main course, it was end of the dialogue. If this is how you deal with complaints, then please do not ask about the experience again, as it is useless doing so this way. hope the restaurant is not a reference for the overall standard of service.
