Campanile Porte D'Italie

Rooms are spotless. The staff is very pleasant. The chef is excellent. The buffet is plentiful and varied. Thank you for the two stays. A small improvement to make; provide an extra pillow and more bath towels in the rooms.

We stayed 2 nights in this Campanile and we were not disappointed! We were even very pleased with our stay! The rooms are sublime, very nice and comfortable just like the rest of the hotel which is very warm. You can feel that it has benefited from a nice refurbishment lately, it is felt. Even the hotel lobby is very nice (a water fountain is available!), plus we had to deal with very kind and attentive staff. Besides, I really liked the fact that the check-in can be done on a tablet, it changes. BEWARE!! There is no possibility to pick up your room before 3pm! So if you wish to arrive + early on the day of your arrival to settle in the room this is not possible. Moreover, we also liked the proximity to transport (about 10min walk from line 7 - Porte d’Italie / and line 14 - White House - , as well as tram and bus stations). I stayed in a lot of Campanile and I can assure you that it is my favorite! We really feel at home, it is modern, beautiful, comfortable. If I have the opportunity to come back, I will return without hesitation!

Please note: the receptionist will make you pay an amount on arrival that differs from that shown on the final invoice. After verification and request for explanations, another invoice emerges for an imaginary service not linked to the stay. Rude, arrogant, claiming that there is no one else responsible but him, screaming, unheard of!! The DDCCRF is seized of the file.
