Very bad experience. Upon our arrival, the hotel could not even find our reservation. After several minutes, it reappeared as if by magic. We were given a room number and asked to leave our luggage in the luggage room. As a precaution, we called in the afternoon to let them know that we would arrive around 9 p.m. We were confirmed that everything was in order and that we had until midnight. Upon arriving, the receptionist finally announced that our reservation had been canceled and that there were no rooms left. After insisting, a room was finally "found"... Go figure. Each staff member gave a different version. As a bonus, we had paid for a room with air conditioning, but there was none, and the cleanliness was less than average. A blatant lack of organization and professionalism. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

Very old setting, it smells stale Very small room. Carpet and wallpaper very dirty, no power outlets, archaic TV that only works half the time. NO. NO AIR CONDITIONING, suffocating! Everything needs to be redone from the entrance to the 4th floor, dilapidated stairs. Archaic bathroom, no tissues, for a 3-star hotel, details and maintenance are a bit cheap. No power outlet. The cleaning leaves much to be desired; if the corners want to be swept, they need to be caught... dust in the corners. No shutters, shabby curtains full of dust that do not cover the entire window. No fridge in the room, no water. Being disabled, there is barely enough room to turn around in the room (about 8 m2), plus a bathtub, no shower?.. Breakfast was good but basic, the furniture was very outdated! Everything needs to be reviewed; it is very old-fashioned and dusty. The only good point is the location! But everything is going downhill and is askew. Really just for a quick stay of one or two nights if nothing else is found, especially at €600 for two nights!

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in my life, still good that it was just one day. Bad service, uncomfortable room, made me lose a lot of money on account of misinformation, acted in bad faith
