Nice owners though one receptionist was a bit listless. They are dogfriendly. The overall appearance of the hotel is very nice. They could improve on their breakfast: you can select between two kinds of cornflakes. Also for tea the machine is not very well suited.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
The service was extremely poor. The night porter (younger French male) was very rude and confrontational when a longtime school friend I hadn’t seen in over 10 years came to meet me in the lobby. As we were going upstairs briefly so I could get ready before heading out, I was shouted at in the elevator and told to come back down immediately. He said I’d be charged a €100 fine if I brought any guests to my room, and when we asked why, he was dismissive and unwilling to explain.
The rooms were quite noisy, the Wi-Fi on the second floor was terrible, and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable — they felt like bricks.
The next morning when I checked out, I left my bag in the lobby while waiting for my Uber. The receptionist (who was far nicer then the night porter) told me I had to leave because he was going on his lunch break and the hotel was being locked up — which is surprising for what’s supposed to be a 24-hour hotel. If I was stuck outside I would have been in trouble as I’d miss my flight trying to get my suitcase.

I could give a good review because the hotel is not bad, the bad thing is when you get ripped off because they keep the 100 e deposit and when you claim it they literally laugh in your face. THEY DON'T CUT A HAIR WHEN THEY SHOW THEIR CONTEMPT FOR BEING SPANISH.
