Doisy Etoile Hotel

I stayed at the Doisy Etoile Hotel from 17–20 July 2026. During my stay, my perfume bottle was accidentally broken by a cleaner in my room. The hotel acknowledged the incident and agreed to issue me a €49 refund. Unfortunately, despite several polite reminders, I have still not received the refund. Initially, the hotel responded to my messages, but eventually they stopped replying altogether, and the refund remains outstanding. I find this extremely unprofessional and disappointing, especially since the hotel had already agreed to the refund. I would appreciate it if this matter could be resolved immediately and the €49 refund processed without any further delay.

Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff. I am going to return soon.

I recommend this boutique hotel which particularly surprised me in a small pedestrian street, a warm setting with service that is top-notch, a lovely breakfast area that is really pleasant, and above all the products which are organic; they make homemade granola and homemade crepes, I will return with pleasure during my next stay in Paris.
