This hotel, it's staff and overall facilities is simply amazing. First it is centrally located to all most everything you want to do in Paris. The best of all is the staff. Everyone is so inviting and helpful. We felt spoiled. Two individuals we must highlight for being exceptional in every way was Ronalyn in the breakfast room and Paulina at the front desk. Both went over and above to make our staff delightful. Thank you! We highly recommend this hotel : ) Terry
