hotel ceramic champ elysee l had an injury when their body shampoo disposal fell on my my foot while taking shower causing cellulitis inflammation swelling and immobility due to pain. We chat with the hotel manager and responded that we will buy all the needed medicine and only reimburse 100 euro. l demanded that they ask their hotel doctor give prescription for my injury. instead they want me to go to hospital for check up etc. The hotel is not fit to any tourist be careful if injury happens the hotel manager wont even talk to you. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. unless you want to risk this problem. read this message twice so you would know better. Cheap is not always safe but not all cheap is not respectful courteous and helpfull. l was expecting more help from them a hotel doctor for instance is very helpful.

The hotel is a bit outdated, with carpets, peeling paint at the baseboards. The bathroom door did not close. At 70 years old, climbing into a bathtub was not practical; installing showers would be very convenient for the guests. The breakfast is not worthy of the price of a room in this establishment; I paid 301 euros for 1 night with breakfast, which is expensive, I really expected better. The fruit salad presented comes from a can. The fruit juices are not made from fresh fruit. The entire breakfast needs to be reconsidered. It is really mediocre! The only positive thing is the location of this hotel, which is really well situated. But that does not excuse all the other negative points observed. Especially at 301 euros for 1 person, 1 night, with breakfast. I do not recommend this establishment.

Horrible quality and old building not taken care of.
