Exposition Tour Eiffel

The hotel is good, but there is no air conditioning before June 1st. Even though the website states that all rooms are equipped with air conditioning, they omit the detail that they do not turn on the air conditioning before June 1st. I learned this the hard way, arriving in the middle of a heatwave at 35 degrees during the last week of May. 6 nights to sleep in an oven. Had I known, I would have booked elsewhere to pay less.

Booked through a third party booking site what said easy checkout , taxes and fees included . On leaving woman on reception told us pay taxes. I showed my booking with the clear £40 taxes paid . She said no it was not possible . She said you can’t pay tourist tax online and it must be a different tax. When I asked what she locked the front doors and threatened to report us to the Government unless paid again !! Immediately spoke to booking provider who said was already paid . They have been trying over an hour by call and email to contact property and what a surprise .. no answer AVOID

This is BAD BAD BAD across the board. - No clue how this place can be a 3-star hotel: it deserves one star only. - Rooms are tiny and dirty. The floors were vacuumed few years back last time. - Rooms are tiny. Shower smells mold and has mold. - Breakfast - no comment there. Don’t even bother. - Internet works one day and doesn’t another. It is honestly a very bad place that should never be considered for a stay. Even if you are on a budget.
