The staff is very professional, the room is very clean, and the hotel is a stone's throw from the train station.

We were traveling with a bus tour of 40 people and were unfortunately accommodated in this hotel. The photos I see here online should be urgently updated because they do not match the experiences of the tour group in any way.
Room: Safe broken, it had been broken for a while and was not repaired either.
Refrigerator did not cool, it actually heated.
Cleaning only every two days.
No daily towel change, even though due to the extreme heat, we had to shower twice.
a day. When they were changed after 2 days,
half were missing, more running around, etc.
Constant reprogramming of the electronic door card, often several times a
day.
Breakfast: I have never experienced such a primitive breakfast. Sagging
Cheese. Constant reordering of things that were gone after 15 minutes.
Jam jars became more unhygienic day by day. On the 3rd. day totally hard
white bread. After one day, only salty butter, which goes especially well
with jam or something like that. Only one coffee machine for 40 people
resulting in very long wait times.
Facility: When we met in the courtyard in the evening, we had two visits
from rats that came within about 2 meters of us. Only because of
startled shouts from the ladies did they flee.
Such a hotel should be closed; one should not subject any guests to this. Staff was friendly, and finally something positive. The dinner at the restaurant across the street, which was booked with it, was tasty and good.

We were in this hotel with our tour group from 7/30 to 8/3. Aside from minor things (missing towels, keycards failing), the breakfast was below any standard (the photo on the hotel website is a complete mockery). For breakfast, there was hard baguette, a
couple of croissants, cheese slices and ham slices that looked like they were from the day before, jam or something like that (the jars were almost empty at the end), and a coffee machine for 40 people. All of this in a small extra room.
