Personnel sympathique, chambre propre mais climatisation dysfonctionnelle depuis un moment (climatiseur plein poussière et tournant sans envoyer air frais) D'autres personnes se plaignaient à la réception. Douche minuscule avec porte solide s'ouvrant sur l'intérieur qui permettait à peine de pouvoir entrer et sortir. Même dans les étages supérieurs, on ressent fortes vibrations du métro. Mal insonorisé. Pas d'accueil sur un départ tôt le matin même si on m'avait répondu que oui. A déconseiller! Friendly staff, clean room, but the air conditioning had been malfunctioning for some time (the unit was full of dust and running without blowing cold air). Other guests were complaining at the reception desk. Tiny shower with a solid door that opened inwards, making it barely possible to get in and out. Strong vibrations from the subway could be felt even on the upper floors. Poor soundproofing. No staff presence for an early morning departure, despite being told there would be. Not recommended

We had no particular expectations of luxury, but we did not imagine that we were in such disappointing conditions. The room, extremely small (no more than 10 sqm), did not correspond to the size indicated on the Accor website, where it was marked as 14 sqm. The bathroom had very small spaces, with a shower that was difficult to access and the toilet practically close to the sink. The carpet, already notoriously unhygienic, was in very poor condition. The staff was also unwelcoming and detached: no greetings or gestures of courtesy, either on arrival or departure. Upon check-in, made late in the evening, the only words exchanged were to apply for the credit card and proceed with the payment of the entire stay. In conclusion, a totally disappointing experience. Not recommended for those seeking cleanliness and a minimum of Welcoming.

Very good central hotel to move around Paris. The neighborhood is very lively. The staff very nice and attentive.
