Ibis Rungis

No air conditioning, an endless wait at the reception, a clogged shower drain, a wall lamp without a bulb. As for the arrival... the next evening, a 10-minute wait to be able to reserve and pay for the breakfast the following morning, with instructions to come at 6:30 AM because after that, there are groups... so no choice in your schedule... In the room, still no air conditioning, the wall lamp still has no bulb despite my report in the morning at the reception, and the final straw, my room was not cleaned... oh sorry, it was, they just folded the bath mat in the bathroom. No dental kit available at the reception, even when wanting to buy one... Avoid at all costs... dismal...

My stay at B&B HOTEL Orly Rungis was disappointing. The room was smaller than expected and did not feel very clean when I arrived. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and some areas looked poorly maintained. The walls were quite thin, so I could easily hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to sleep. The service was also not very helpful. When I asked for assistance at the reception, the response felt rushed and unfriendly. In addition, the breakfast options were limited and did not seem very fresh. Overall, the hotel does not match the quality that I expected from the description online. With better cleanliness, quieter rooms, and improved customer service, the experience could be much better.

Very good value for money, 65€ per double room, very simple. Good bedding, clean and quiet set. The entrance to the hotel is recent and modern. Very well placed in an area where therefore you can go to eat on foot. Adjoining Onepark parking with a free shuttle that takes you to Orly Airport in 10 minutes, very convenient. We recommend.
