The most disgusting experience after visiting. It felt like you weren't in a hotel in the center of Paris, but in a market. Absolutely no service, the rooms are very different from the photos, the shower didn't work at all, very uncomfortable pillows, disgusting breakfasts (probably because they're included in the price), a very noisy location. There are many hotels in the area that are cheaper and this really feels like a hotel. But the worst part isn't even that: they haven't sent me my invoice for two nights for over a week. Apparently because they're afraid of something or upset about my rating on Booking.com. They also delete all the bad reviews from Booking.com, and they deleted mine too. The manager, Dunia, does a better job of deleting inappropriate reviews, but not at all on the service. Shame!

Nice hotel discreetly nestled in the 1st arrondissement. Clean, quiet rooms, one room per floor. Smiles to welcome you and accompany you throughout your stay; nothing to complain about except that breakfast must almost obligatorily be taken in the room… a choice to accept, otherwise nothing to complain about

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was charmed from the moment I arrived. Its location is ideal for discovering Paris on foot and fully enjoying the charm of the city. The suite was spacious, elegant, and impeccably clean. Very comfortable, it offered a perfect setting for relaxation. The breakfast was also excellent, with quality products and a nice selection. I especially want to highlight the quality of the welcome I received. A huge thank you to the hotel manager 🌸, who greatly contributed to making this stay so pleasant. Her kindness, professionalism, availability, and attention to the smallest details reflect a true sense of hospitality. Always smiling and attentive, she knows how to create a warm atmosphere where one feels immediately at ease and genuinely valued. I also thank the night receptionist for his warm welcome, kindness, and availability. This is a charming address where one truly feels awaited. I recommend this hotel without hesitation and I will be very pleased to return during my next stay in Paris.
