Mercure Champs Elysees

Checked-in as part of a Delta Vacations package after reading reviews. July 1 & 2, 2026Room was 85+ degrees, thermostat would cycle up and down from 29-30c in .1 degree increments. I have video. reported to front desk; waited and went down again, nothing they would do, called DV - they offered to contact hotel - - same response but they would refund night #2 (prepaid) . Checked-out and went to the Radisson Le Bourget. Never saw the refund for the second night. Never saw a receipt for our stay either (as promised via email). I would seriously advise against considering this venue.

The most disgusting hotel in Paris, they lost my package saying well we don't know where it is. Then it turned out that no air conditioner DOES NOT WORK, although when booking it was written that they have air conditioners in every room, as a result, it is +30 degrees Celsius in each room, it is impossible to sleep, the rooms themselves are old and smelly! I don't recommend it to anyone! Beware of this hotel

Exceptional customer service from start to finish. Every member of staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely focused on making my stay enjoyable. A special mention to the breakfast team, who remembered my morning drink after the first day and had it ready without me even having to ask—a small gesture that made a big impression. Although there was an unfortunate incident that initially left me disappointed, the hotel handled it exceptionally well. They listened, acted quickly, and turned the situation around flawlessly. It’s easy to see they genuinely care about their guests and take pride in providing outstanding service. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
