I sincerely do not understand all the negative reviews I had read before our stay. We travel regularly and are used to staying in Relais & Châteaux and 5-star hotel type establishments. It is therefore obvious that one should not compare a 4-star hotel to this type of establishment. On the other hand, if one evaluates this hotel in its category, it is quite up to the standard of a very good 4-star. Our room was clean, well-maintained, with modern and pleasant decor. We had a beautiful view of the park and the air conditioning worked perfectly, unlike that of some of our friends who encountered a problem. The staff deserves a special mention: everyone was very kind, smiling, available, and always ready to help. We also really enjoyed the meals, which were excellent, both in quality and presentation. The breakfast is hearty and varied. It might be missing a little something to be perfect, but it remains largely satisfactory. The parking lot is convenient and large enough. The park is very pleasant and the numerous activities offered will delight both young and old. We found the facilities very well done. Unfortunately, we did not have time to enjoy the spa, so we cannot give an opinion on this area. Areas for improvement It would be desirable to add more lounge chairs around the pool, because there are not enough when the hotel is full. The breakfast room can also be quite noisy when there are many children. Finally, we regretted not being able to have breakfast on the outdoor terrace, which would have made this moment even more pleasant knowing that it was very sunny and hot. Despite these few details, our stay was a very beautiful experience. For those who are hesitating because of certain comments, I advise them to form their own opinion. This establishment offers excellent value for money and fully meets the expectations one might have of a 4-star hotel. If you have the opportunity, choose a room with a view of the park: it is a real plus and you will see animals wandering around there. We will return with pleasure.

Lack of cleanliness, I invite you to drag your eyes near the fireplace or under the furniture... the so-called superior room also did not have air conditioning that night and had a skylight as the only access to the outside. Paying €340 for this kind of service, even with a €120 discount for air conditioning, does not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. It is a family vacation club with constant noise. With the heat wave and the lack of freshness, all the rooms had opened their windows; however, the hotel sent the thermal blower at 8:30 AM on Sunday morning. In short, we are disappointed.
