The person presenting himself as the assistant to the manager is unbearable, not attentive, stubborn, and condescending. This gentleman's welcome needs to be reviewed. The problem with this Mercure is that, given its geographical location, it allows itself to have bad behavior with clients, not listening to them. Read the Google reviews, and you will realize that this gentleman would be better off in an office and not in contact with his clients, as there are numerous complaints against him. It is time to do something about it.

Noisy hotel! You can hear the metro and the outside streets. The staff is not very friendly.

This hotel is ideally located, 2 steps from the Arc de Triomphe in rather quiet street. The welcome was perfect. However, the room was very small, nothing to put our suitcases. The cramped bathroom. And the subway made the room vibrate all night... (we were on the 2nd floor). This is highly damaging for a room at 240€ per night...
