Mercure Paris Roissy CDG

I used to choose this hotel during my stays in Paris, but unfortunately, my last stay left me with a rather mixed impression. The hotel is clearly starting to show its age and some amenities deserve to be modernized. One particularly annoying point for stays of several days: the rooms do not have a refrigerator. It is really a shame and not very practical, especially when staying for several nights. As in many hotels today, the air conditioning seems to be rationed, which can quickly become uncomfortable when temperatures are high. I also encountered, once again, difficulties with the late check-out policy. The system and its operation still do not seem perfectly fine-tuned, which is quite frustrating when you simply want to enjoy the service offered. Another big negative point: the price of the parking, which I find excessive. During my stay, the gate was broken for the entire duration of it, which ultimately allowed for exiting the parking lot freely… at the whim of the wind. A rather surprising situation given the rate charged. Finally, being a Silver member of the loyalty program, I must say that I did not really feel any privileges or special attention linked to this status. It is a shame, because loyalty should precisely be a strong point. I had gotten into the habit of choosing this hotel for my stays in Paris, notably for its location and because I already knew its services. But in view of this development, I now think I will try another establishment during my next stay, even if it means moving slightly away from Roissy. Too bad, because this hotel had my preference until then. I sincerely hope that a renovation and an improvement of certain services will allow it to regain its original level.

Excellent staff member,very welcoming and very helpful especially Mr Ivan and his team from the restaurant (Nadia nicole, mathilde, nadia, aurelie ). In addition it cannot went unnoticed the kind staff on the reception,always go beyond and above to assist especially Mr Francois and his colleagues Ms Aisha, hiba, oceanne and philipe. Mrs Patience from house keeping always here to assist. Thank you team for making my stay memorable. Keep up the hard work.
