Paris Saint Honore

Shameful! It is normal that not all hotels can provide quality services, and not all customers are necessarily looking for exceptional service. However, when paying €250 for a room per night, one expects a minimum level of quality. But that was not the case at all. Very small room, tiny bathroom, no air conditioning, had to sleep with the window open, but the street was very noisy all night. No attention, impersonal breakfast room. Is worth no more than a hundred euros. It is shameful to charge prices that are not at all suitable for the establishment's standards!

Beautiful decoration and good location, but the room leaves much to be desired: leaking shower, clogged drain, empty soap. That's a shame!

The staff were pleasant but we were given a 4th floor room which was very small and had a cupboard, supposedly the ensuite, which had a shower and toilet and wash basin squashed in. The toilet was so near the shower that there was no room to put a shower mat on the floor but, worse, the front of the toilet was inches from the door such that it was difficult to stand away from the toilet with the door closed. There was no tea or coffee making facilities which would have been welcome after being out most of the day and as there were 90 stairs to climb and a tiny lift which would only take one person. Although the hotel was in a good location and the room was relatively clean the stay was spoiled by the size of the room and it's lack of decent bathroom. I would not recommend it.
