Paxton Residence Hotel Spa

We had a really enjoyable stay at the Paxton and would happily recommend it, especially for families visiting Disneyland Paris. The location was excellent and made getting to Disneyland and around the area very convenient. The shuttle service was easy to use and a great addition. The hotel itself felt modern and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and we thought the breakfast was very good. A particular highlight for us travelling with children was the arcade area. The kids absolutely loved it and it was a brilliant way to keep them entertained when we were back at the hotel. There are just a few areas that could be improved. The tiles around the swimming pool were extremely slippery when wet, which was a concern with young children. The pool area was also incredibly warm and could definitely benefit from better ventilation. In our bathroom, some of the shower fittings were loose and could do with a little maintenance. Those points aside, we had a very good experience overall. It was comfortable, convenient and family-friendly, and the positives comfortably outweighed the few minor issues. We would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Disneyland Paris.

Excellent service, especially at the front desk, and attentive to the customer. I had a problem with the cleaning of the room. The staff at the front desk, especially a young man, was dedicated to resolving this problem as quickly as possible. Management even offered me a game of bowling as well as compensation. Kudos to the team, this is what I appreciate and call being attentive to the customer. Despite this inconvenience, I very strongly recommend this hotel. Kudos to the front desk and management.

My bag was stolen at the hotel and the hotel management did absolutely nothing about it. It was the worst experience of my life, I definitely do not recommend this hotel.
